Limited Brands
I teamed with senior leadership for this iconic worldwide brand to create a quarterly CEO communications video newsletter program called Building Brands, improving internal and external performance by creating brand ambassadors of all stakeholders and shareholders. This was just one of the portfolio of programs and initiatives I worked on for this multi billion dollar enterprise.
iCoffee
I guided the brand from a Kickstarter campaign through a full go-to-market strategy, overseeing all creative and marketing activities including video and overall communications strategy which led to availability in 6,000+ retail stores as well as a host of companion online portals. I also oversaw the entire portfolio including all PR, product packaging and social and retail marketing.
Burrows Golf
I worked with the founder/inventor of this specialty golf club brand to support growth and transition from a “green grass” strategy (selling through country club pro shops) to it's introduction into big box retail, including Golf Galaxy, Golfsmith, and Edwin Watts Golf. Ialso led all creative and production including video and communications initiatives for a series of celebrity endorsements through multiple channels including broadcast TV. I managed their entire portfolio of work.
Schottenstein Stores Corporation
I partnered with the in-house agency on the creative and production on all TV, video and radio advertising for Value City Furniture, which drove exponential growth in store traffic and repeat business, delivering double-digit sales increases. These innovative advertising and communications programs were part of a larger portfolio of work that drove business success.
DHL Supply Chain
I conceived and created a comprehensive driver and warehouse safety program, S.A.F.E.R Way, including video, PowerPoint, and related communications initiatives including print materials and a robust portfolio, reducing accident insurance claims for the organization by 70% within 2 years.
Safe Auto Insurance
I partnered with Founder and Co-CEOs to develop and execute initial communications, branding, messaging, and media strategy. I then produced all video, radio, TV, and digital content for the company's portfolio from its startup for 16+ years, helping to drive the company to $500+M in sales.
DSW
I worked directly with the CEO and their investment bankers on this IPO film. The film was a key messaging and positioning tool used during the roadshow before the actual IPO. The film was also shown to real estate and mall developers to overcome any hesitancy to leasing space to a "self service" footwear business.
